All sandwiches are served with a side of house made chips. 
Substitute a side of fries for $4.

Smoked Brisket Sandwich- $14
Hickory-smoked brisket topped with slaw and Barb's onion BBQ sauce.

Sliced Steak Sandwich- $14
Oven-roasted sliced steak topped with swiss, and melted onions. 

Pastrami Sandwich- $14
Hickory-smoked pastrami topped with swiss, kraut and a rye-mustard sauce or house made rye-russian dressing.  

Cheesesteak - $14
Oven-roasted sliced steak smothered in cheddar cheese sauce with grilled onions.

Birria Beef Sandwich - $14
Braised beef shank, “birria” style, with shredded cheddar, white onion, cilantro aioli and a side of birria broth.  

Pulled Pork Sandwich - $14
Hickory-smoked pork topped with slaw and Barb's onion BBQ sauce.

BLT - $14
Lots of hickory-smoked bacon with tomatoes, lettuce and your choice of mayo or any of our house-made aiolis.

Roast Beef or Turkey Breast - $14
Thinly sliced roast beef or turkey breast with mayo, red onion, lettuce, salt & pepper Your choice of cheddar or swiss cheese.

Shredded chicken with pesto and topped with tomato and garlic aioli.

Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken - $14
Shredded chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, topped with lettuce, blue cheese and blue cheese dressing.
