Barb’s Burgers

All burgers are made from freshly ground, grass fed beef, served with a side of house made potato chips. 
Substitute a side of fries for $4.

Rodeo - $14
A 6-oz grass burger topped with BBQ, white crispy onions, cheddar and a fried egg.

Jalapeño-Cheddar - $14
A 6-oz burger topped with pickled jalapeños, cheddar and roasted garlic aioli.

Bacon Cheddar Ranch - $14
A 6-oz burger topped with hickory smoked bacon, melted cheddar and house made ranch.

Burger and Brisket - $14
A 4-oz burger topped with smoked brisket, bacon, cheesy sauce and slaw.

Bacon Double Cheeseburger - $14
Two 4-oz patties topped with Barb’s bacon, cheddar, lettuce and tomato.

The Classic - $12
A 6-oz grass finished patty with your choice of cheddar or swiss cheese with pickles, lettuce and tomato.

The Junior Classic - $10
A 4-oz grass finished patty with your choice of cheddar or swiss cheese with pickles, lettuce and tomato.

Barb’s Tacos - $5 Each

All tacos are served on corn tortillas with white onion, fresh cilantro and your choice of garlic or cilantro/jalapeño aioli.
Pickled jalapeño upon request.

All of Barb’s hotdogs are 100% beef. All fries are house cut and made in house.

Classic Hot Dog - $6
A hotdog with onions, mustard and sauerkraut.

Detroit Style Coney Dog - $10
A hotdog smothered in coney chili, cheddar cheese sauce, yellow mustard and diced onion.

Cheddar Bacon Dog - $10
A hotdog served with thick cut bacon, cheddar cheese sauce and bacon bits.

Basket of Fries- $9 Half Order of Fries - $5

A basket of fries served with your choice of dipping sauce.

Cheese Fries- $12
A basket of fries served smothered in cheddar sauce. Add bacon bits - $3

Chili and Cheese Fries- $14
A basket of fries served smothered in coney chili and cheddar sauce. Onions on request.

Burrata Cheese Fries- $14
3 oz of burrata over a basket of house cut fries, drizzled with olive oil and malt vinegar.

Meaty Baked Beans- $8
A mixed medley of beans slow cooked with all the smoky bits and topped with cheddar cheese.
