All burgers are made from freshly ground, grass fed beef, served with a side of house made potato chips.

A 6-oz grass burger with a fried egg, BBQ sauce and crispy onions.
Jalapeño-Cheddar - $14
A 6-oz burger with pickled jalapeños, cheddar and garlic aioli.
Bacon Cheddar Ranch - $14
A 6-oz burger with hickory smoked bacon, melted cheddar and house made ranch.
Bacon Double Cheeseburger - $14
Two 4-oz patties with bacon, cheddar, lettuce and tomato.
Burger and Brisket - $14
A 4-oz burger topped with smoked brisket, bacon, cheesy sauce and slaw.
The Classic Cheeseburger - $12

Shredded Shank - $14
Braised beef shank, shredded with lettuce, onion and garlic aioli.
Birria Beef - $14
Braised beef shank, “birria” style, with shredded cheddar, onion, cilantro aioli and a side of birria broth.

All of Barb’s hotdogs are 100% beef. All fries are house cut and made in house.
